Refund policy

At Eve & May, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and tailored specifically for the individual client. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we operate a strict no-return and no-refund policy once production has commenced.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Orders

The majority of our products are bespoke or made-to-measure, created based on customer-provided measurements, selected fabrics, and design preferences, or measurements taken by our team.

Once production has started:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Orders are non-refundable

  • Orders cannot be returned

  • Size or design exchanges are not permitted

This applies to all bespoke and made-to-order items without exception.


Measurements & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of measurements provided. Where measurements are taken by Eve & May, they are recorded and used as approved at the time of fitting or consultation.

Variations arising from:

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the client

  • Changes requested after production has begun
    do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


Alterations

Where feasible, Eve & May may offer alterations at its discretion. Alterations:

  • Are not guaranteed

  • May incur additional costs

  • Do not constitute a return or refund


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you believe you have received:

  • A defective item

  • An item damaged in transit

  • An item materially different from what was approved

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eveandmay.com, including clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Where a genuine error is confirmed by Eve & May, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.


Returns & Shipping

  • Eve & May does not accept returns on bespoke or made-to-measure items.

  • Where a return is exceptionally approved, all return shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and courier charges are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted.


European Union Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As Eve & May products are bespoke and produced specifically for each client, EU cancellation rights do not apply once production has begun.


Refund Processing

Where a refund is exceptionally approved (for reasons determined solely by Eve & May):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
